You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time; however, essential workshop-related communications will continue until the completion of your registered program. All workshop fees must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise specified in writing. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration if payment is declined, suspected to be fraudulent, or violates applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, all workshop registrations and payments are final and non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend the scheduled workshop due to personal reasons, we may, at our sole discretion, allow participation in a future batch, subject to seat availability and prior approval. No cash refunds or partial refunds will be provided for missed sessions, late arrivals, or non-attendance. Workshop schedules, timings, trainers, venue details, course structure, educational materials, and session formats may occasionally change due to operational requirements. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any workshop if circumstances beyond our reasonable control require such action. In such cases, participants will be informed through the contact information provided during registration. All workshop content, including presentations, videos, worksheets, manuals, training materials, graphics, logos, exercises, techniques, recordings, and educational resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of ZeeDee Spoken english & Skills Development Center unless otherwise stated. These materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants may use the materials for their personal learning only and may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, upload, or share any workshop content, either in whole or in part, without prior written permission from us. Participants agree to behave respectfully throughout the workshop and not engage in disruptive, abusive, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour towards trainers, staff members, or other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the workshop without refund if their conduct negatively affects the learning environment or violates these Terms & Conditions. Parents or legal guardians registering students below the age of 18 confirm that they have the authority to complete the registration on behalf of the student and accept these Terms & Conditions on the student's behalf. Parents are encouraged to actively support students in practising the techniques taught during the workshop for the best possible learning experience. The Power of Memory Workshop may include demonstrations, practical exercises, memory activities, concentration techniques, and study strategies designed to improve learning effectiveness. However, we do not guarantee any specific academic results, examination scores, memory improvement, concentration levels, or educational outcomes. Individual results vary depending on factors such as consistency, practice, learning habits, dedication, and individual abilities. Testimonials, reviews, photographs, videos, and success stories displayed on our website or promotional materials represent the experiences of individual participants and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results. Our website or educational materials may occasionally contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for convenience and informational purposes.
